- I have an unweighted high school GPA of 3.0 or higher in college preparatory classes. I have a strong reason and desire to enroll in one UCI course only. Enroll in pre-approved courses numbered 1-99 without special prerequisites through open enrollment. Complete an Enrollment Form and submit it to the Summer Session office. You will need to provide a copy of your most current high school transcript along with your enrollment form. Please Note: A majority of the 2021 Summer Session courses will be offered as online or remote learning. High school students are typically not eligible to enroll into remote and/or online courses; however we are making an exception for this year. Please be aware that courses will continue to be taught at a college level. We encourage students to make the appropriate adjustments to ensure their success in these courses. All students are responsible for making the necessary changes/updates to their schedules prior to the Summer Session deadlines.
